Zawieruszynski Dolls are lovingly handmade in the United States by designers Henry and Zofia Zawieruszynski.
You will be captivated by their use of human hair, mouth-blown glass or mastepiece eyes and the carefully designed clothing.
Some of the clothing is handpainted and/or decorated with only the highest quality trimmings and handmade jewelry.
Outfits are complete with porcelain or leather footwear, and hand-crafted accessories.
All dolls are designed, crafted and clothed in the United States
Each doll is signed by the artists and come with a numbered Certificate of Authenticity.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping within the Continental United States is complimentary, and orders can expect to arrive within 7 to 10 business days.
If outside this territory, please contact us for a shipping quote prior to ordering.
All orders are considered special orders and absolutely no returns will be authorized unless a defect exists, and approved by Zawieruszynski Dolls.
Returns will be accpeted only on damaged or defective items. Customers must contact info@zawieruszynskidolls.com before returning an item in order to obtain an
authorization number and ship-to address. All requirements must be met for a return before authorization will be given.
Returns must be in original packaging, and must be in 'new' condition suitable for resale.
A cancelled order will be credited in the full amount ONLY if the product has not yet shipped.
Any order cancelled while product is in transit will be subject to a restocking fee, the cost of the original shipment, plus the cost of the ship to and return
freight. Non-defective returns are subject to a shipping fee as well as a 20% restocking fee.
Any refused/non-deliverable shipments will be subject to the original shipping costs, the shipping costs associted with the return shipment and a
20% restocking fee. Once the returned merchandise has been received and inspected, a product refund will be issued within 10 business days
less the 20% restocking fee and return shipping fee.
If original payment was made with a charge card, a credit will be posted to the same card. Purchases made by check will be refunded by check.
Unless the product was damaged upon receipt, all returns must be shipped prepaid freight.
This means that customers are responsible for shipping the item back to the address supplied when the return was requested and for paying for said shipping.
Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to the address requested by Zawieruszynski Dolls.
Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment.
Customer agrees to bear all shipping and insurance charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment.
Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material,
and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing or damaged, Zawieruszynski Dolls' Return Procedure
will be breached and Zawieruszynski Dolls may in its sole and absolute discretion reject the entire return or choose to impose necessary charges
against the customer for replacement of the missing or damaged component(s).
Received orders may not be returned, exchanged or refunded unless merchandise is found to be defective as noted above.
If conditions for the product return as stated above are met, and agreed to by the manufacturer, a dealer initiated RMA will be issued to you and this
return authorization number (RA #) must be marked on your return package. With the exception of returns caused by our error,
shipping costs for returned items will be buyer's responsibility as well as the original shipping charge and a restocking fee. No return will be accepted without
invoice number or date of sale. To receive a refund or credit, returned items must be in original packaging, unused, in original condition and
received at the address directed for returns within 15 days of your original receipt of the product. Item will be inspected prior to replacement or repair.
